We collect your precise GPS location when you use the App to:

Location is only collected when the App is in use and with your explicit permission.

c) Payment Information

We do not store your card or bank details. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We only store transaction identifiers (Razorpay Payment ID, Order ID) for booking records and dispute resolution.

d) Usage & Device Information

• App interaction data (screens visited, buttons tapped)
• Device type and operating system version
• Crash and performance logs

e) Booking & Service Data

• Services booked, duration, location of service
• Partner assigned to your booking
• Payment method chosen and amount paid
• Reviews and ratings submitted

• Authenticate your identity via OTP login
• Match you with available service partners near your location
• Process and confirm your bookings
• Handle payments and maintain transaction records
• Show you your booking history and wallet balance
